We provide a full range of Tax services for both our Local and International clients.   Although the majority of our clients are corporations, we also provide advice and services to individuals.  The department, in addition regularly produces circulars and guidelines in respect of the interpretation and application of new tax legislation.

Tax planning is important in all major developments in business - the purchase or sale of a company, acquisition and fitting-out of new business premises, or restructuring of organisations.   By reviewing a client's affairs in advance, opportunities that will benefit cash flow may exist even where tax cannot be saved.  We also assist in the following areas:

  1. Investigations  - advice on the conduct of investigations, including Pay As You Earn (PAYE), and National Housing Fund  (NHF) liabilities, and on the negotiation of settlements;
  2. Employee benefits - introduction of or advice on tax efficient remuneration packages, profit related pay schemes and share option and incentive schemes;
  3. Advice on management buy-outs and arrangements for tax efficient structures and financing
  4. International tax planning - through our links with Crowe Horwath International, there is access to advice on a worldwide scale.
